Activities at St Mary's

St Mary's has an active and informal social life, including regular prayer and study groups, a Mother's Union branch and activities for children and young people.

There is also a bellringing group (pictured) who ring the church bells every Sunday, and a local heritage society that is closely associated with the church.

St Mary's holds regular fundraising events for charity and is committed to supporting Fairtrade. Groups from St Mary's carry out various community activities, including a shelter for the homeless.
